FAQ
QUESTIONS, ANSWERED PLAINLY.
If something isn't covered here, ask us directly — we'd rather give you a straight answer than a sales pitch.
How much does a website cost?
Website projects start at $795 for a one-page site, $1,250 for a focused 3-page site, and $2,500 for a lead-generating business site. Final pricing depends on the number of pages, the functionality you need, and any integrations. You'll get a fixed quote before any work begins.
How long does it take to build a website?
Timelines depend on scope and how quickly content and feedback come back. A small site is typically a matter of weeks rather than months. We'll give you a realistic schedule with your quote rather than a generic promise.
Do I own my website?
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the website and its content are yours. We'll connect it to a domain you own and hand over the access you need.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Redesigns are a common project. We look at what's working, what's costing you leads, and rebuild around the outcomes you care about — often keeping content and branding you already like.
Can you manage my website after launch?
Yes. Website Care starts at $149/month and covers monitoring, routine updates, minor changes, and reporting. Exact inclusions are defined in the service agreement so both sides know what's covered.
Can you help generate leads?
Lead generation is the point of what we build: clear calls-to-action, quote and booking forms, fast mobile performance, and automated follow-up so inquiries don't sit unanswered. We can't guarantee a specific number of leads — no honest agency can.
What types of AI automation can you build?
Common examples include automated lead responses, follow-up sequences, SMS and email notifications, appointment workflows, review requests, lead qualification, and AI chat assistants. What's possible depends on your tools and the integrations available.
Can you integrate my website with my CRM?
Usually, yes. Most modern CRMs offer an API or a supported integration path. Tell us which CRM you use and we'll confirm what's possible before quoting.
Can you build custom software?
Yes. Client portals, internal dashboards, lead management tools, reporting, and database-backed applications are part of our Scale work. These are quoted individually after a consultation.
Do you work with businesses outside Denver?
Yes. We're based in Denver, Colorado, and work with businesses throughout the United States. Projects run remotely with scheduled calls.
Who handles hosting and the domain?
You own the domain and the hosting account, and we connect everything for you. If you'd rather not manage it, Website Care includes hosting coordination so you have one point of contact.
What happens after someone fills in a form?
The inquiry is saved to your lead database, you're notified, and — where automation is set up — the customer receives an immediate acknowledgement and a follow-up sequence begins if they go quiet. Email and SMS delivery require a provider to be connected and tested first.
Can leads from phone calls be tracked too?
Phone inquiries can be captured through call tracking or by logging them into the same lead system, so calls and form inquiries live in one place. What's available depends on the phone service you use.
Can the website respond to inquiries automatically?
Yes, where automation is part of the project. Automatic replies confirm you've received the inquiry and tell the customer what happens next. They complement your response rather than replace it.
Can you add an AI chatbot to my site?
Yes. An AI assistant can answer common questions, qualify inquiries, and hand over to you. We scope what it should and shouldn't answer, so it stays accurate about your business.
Do you do SEO?
Every build includes on-page SEO fundamentals: structure, titles, descriptions, headings, alt text, sitemap, and performance. Ongoing SEO work is available through a monthly plan. We don't sell ranking guarantees.
How does the quote process work?
Send us your project details or ask for a free website review. We'll follow up with any questions, then provide a fixed quote with clear scope, deliverables, and a timeline. There's no obligation and no pressure.
What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's common and completely fine. Start with the free website review or a short conversation — we'll tell you what we'd recommend, including if the honest answer is that you don't need us yet.
Still have a question?
Send it over with your project details and we'll answer it before you commit to anything.
Most projects start with a short conversation about your goals.
